Our Mission
To be a voice for the body of coaches, both men and women, who coach women (club, junior and senior, junior college, university) and those individuals who are interested in the United States having the best Women's Track & Field program in the world.
Our Vision
Empower coaches to become the mentors that inspire female athletes to become the best version of themselves by providing networking/mentorship opportunities and scholarships to both male and female coaches.
